Data Security

We use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) inside of our Software to ensure that each piece of data is 1) transmitted securely using a minimum of 256-bit encryption, 2) the data is then stored in stacks on multiple servers, so the information is not stored together in one area, and 3) we have two-factor authentication for every login that allows us to track - within the platform - when, where, and how information is accessed.

Our database automatically encrypts all data before it is written to disk. So you don't need to do any setup or configuration, and you don't need to modify how you access the service. The data is automatically and transparently decrypted when read by an authorized user.

With server-side encryption, Google manages the cryptographic keys on your behalf using the same hardened critical management systems we use for our encrypted data, including strict essential access and auditing controls. In addition, each database object's data and metadata are encrypted under the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard, and each encryption key is itself encrypted with a regularly rotated set of master keys.

Security is a primary concern for any business. When choosing our Software on the Google Cloud Platform, you benefit from a security model developed over 15 years of continuous improvement through innovation. The same system secures their top products, including Gmail and Google Search.

You can also rest easy knowing that Google's industry-leading security and privacy experts are dedicated to enhancing the platform's state-of-the-art security.

Below is a selection of the top security features you'll benefit from when choosing our Software on the Google Cloud Platform:
